Learning Reiki can be profoundly beneficial for empaths or those who identify as intuitive, yet haven't yet harnessed their abilities. Reiki, a healing technique that channels energy to promote balance and well-being, offers empaths a structured way to manage their heightened sensitivity. It helps individuals distinguish between their own energies and those they pick up from others, preventing overwhelm. Through this class and by becoming attuned to the Reiki energy, attendees can strengthen their intuition, ground themselves, foster a sense of inner peace, and cultivate a deeper connection to their intuitive gifts.

Reiki Sharing Circle

Reiki Sharing Circles provide a supportive space for Reiki practitioners of all levels to practice giving and receiving Reiki energy. Sharing circles amplify the collective energy, creating a deeply restorative environment and often leading to enhanced healing experiences. These gatherings foster a sense of community and connection, allowing practitioners to share insights and techniques, which can deepen their understanding and practice of Reiki. This is a great opportunity to build confidence, especially for newer practitioners. Open to those attuned to any level of Reiki.

Soul Revival: From Burnout to Balance

Sunday, May 4, 1-4pm at the Be Free Healing Center, Fort Collins, CO

Many women today are burnt out – maybe from the demands of an unfulfilling job, the strain of carrying the mental and emotional load of the family, or the societal pressures we feel on a near-daily basis. But women are beginning to speak up, set boundaries, and protect their peace. There is power in embracing a slower, more intentional existence, but it’s not always easy to know how to get there.

In From Burnout to Balance, we’ll gather in sacred sisterhood to share our experiences and begin developing structures and tools to help us navigate the challenging times that contribute to burnout. This gathering will incorporate information on burnout and tips and tools to manage it, a guided meditation exercise followed by journaling prompts, a sound bath, and lots of community connection. You’ll leave refreshed with tangible tools to practice on the way to moving from burnout to balance.
